On behalf of the OpenVMS Technical Core Journal team, it is my pleasure
to announce the availability of the January 2004 issue of the OpenVMS
Technical Journal(VTJ).  VTJ is available on the web at:
http://www.hp.com/go/openvms/journal The ten articles (total of 196
pages) in this journal come from OpenVMS Customers, Partners,
Consultants, the HP Call Center and OpenVMS Engineering. Articles are
