HP's
high-end server lines, like Integrity and NonStop, have suffered from
years of neglect. Some recent moves, like revamping the Integrity line
and extending support for the VMS operating system, have pointed in
the
right direction. More of the same -- much more -- is needed.

It was nice to see VMS mentioned ... but apparently this guy didn't
remember his DCL very well. Anyway, it turned out he was on a PRIMOS
system, where he says "sh all" was short for "shutdown all."

In case you're not familiar with the Shark Tank, it's a regular feature
in Computerworld where people send in their tales from the trenches.
The
"pilot fish" in these stories are IT professionals, as in those who are
always swimming just ahead of the sharks.
