    I've already started to get questions...  Here are the answers :-)
    
    Rdb release 7.0 supports Alpha and VAX.  Rdb 7.0.7.3 supports all
Alpha
    and VAX processors.  VAX/VMS V5.5-2 through 7.3-2 and Alpha VMS 
V6.1
    through 7.3-2 are supported with Rdb 7.0.7.3.  The upcoming Rdb
7.0.8
    release will extend this support to Alpha VMS V8.2.
    
    Rdb release 7.1 continues to be Alpha-only.  Rdb 7.1.4 supports all
Alpha
    processors and VMS versions 7.2 through 8.2.
    
    The upcoming start of *field test* for Rdb release 7.2 will support
all
    existing Alpha and IA64 processors supported by OpenVMS.  Rdb 7.2
    *field test* is expected to support VMS V7.3-2 and V8.2 on Alpha and
    VMS V8.2 on IA64.  The Rdb 7.2 *production* release is expected to
    support VMS V8.2 on Alpha and IA64.
