Susan Underhill 
Susan Underhill serves as vice president of the Certification and Learning organization at HP. In this role she has global responsibility for development, operations and worldwide marketing of certification and learning solutions across the breadth of HP´s product, services and solutions portfolio. 

Underhill´s organization provides valuable training and accreditation offerings to individuals in academia, channel partner and end-customer entities, helping to ensure greater return on IT investments. In addition, Underhill leads the HP Learning Channel, which delivers certification training through an efficient global network of Authorized Training Centers that provide local accessibility to high-quality training. Underhill´s team manages a growing, global community of 325,000 Certified Professionals, keeping them current on the latest industry events and HP technologies and solutions.

Prior to this role, Underhill led the Americas Systems Integrator & Alliances function for HP Software.  Before joining HP in 2000, Susan held several executive channel sales and marketing positions with leading technology companies including Bluestone Software, RSA Security, Skytel and Lotus Development. She began her high-tech career by opening and running ComputerLand centers.

In addition to her work at HP, Underhill serves on the board of the CompTIA Educational Foundation Creating Futures and is a board member of Families in Transition, a New Hampshire based nonprofit organization that provides homeless families with transitional housing and supportive services. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College.
Lyle Spears
Lyle Speirs is director of Sales and Marketing for the Certification and Learning organization at HP. In this role, Speirs has global responsibility for demand generation and marketing of certification and learning solutions across the breadth of the company´s product, services and solutions portfolio. 

Speirs and his team focus on creating and driving channel sales and marketing strategies, programs and engagement models to accelerate HP´s customers, partners and IT professionals to develop the skills to architect, implement and manage data centers both today and in the future. 

Speirs brings more than 25 years of successful sales, channel management and business leadership in the computer, networking and technology markets. Before joining HP, he served as director of Sales, Worldwide Channels at Cisco Systems and previously held the position of director of Sales and Marketing for Cisco´s Worldwide Certification and Learning Partner program.

Before joining Cisco, Lyle held several key sales and marketing positions with Wang Laboratories, Apple Computer and KPMG.
Nina Buik
Nina Buik is the Chief Marketing Officer for Connect, HP´s independent user group community. Buik is responsible for brand marketing and corporate communications, as well as customer relationship management (CRM) through myCommunity, Connect´s proprietary social network.

In addition to being actively engaged in the social media community, Nina was also a driving force in the development and implementation of myCommunity. The site now averages more than 33,000 visitors a month who spend roughly 22 minutes on the site per visit.

Nina´s clear understanding of the social media realm has been recognized by a number of leading organizations where she has served as a spokesperson, panelist and advisor, appearing alongside peers from the New York Times and TED Talks. In addition, Nina´s tips and advice pertaining to engagement in social media have been the focus of feature articles by publications such as Computerworld, NetworkWorld and SiliconValleyWatcher.

Over the past year, Nina has been quoted by some of the most influential media outlets including USA Today, Forbes, The Washington Post, The Sydney Morning Herald, Computerworld, The Wall Street Journal, San Jose Mercury News, San Francisco Chronicle, Austin American Statesmen, Bloomberg, SearchDataCenter.com, SiliconValleyWatcher, ZDNet, and the Associated Press, among others.
Mike Banic
Mike Banic is vice president of Marketing for HP Networking. He is responsible for developing and executing HP Networking´s strategic marketing plan, including the identification and definition of portfolio offerings, driving programs designed to enhance awareness, consideration and preference, and leading efforts focused on enhancing partner and customer loyalty.

Previously, Banic was vice president of Enterprise Marketing at Juniper Network. In his prior role as vice president of Marketing for the Ethernet Platforms Business Group, he led the go-to-market efforts for the EX switch business from market introduction to a the close of 2009.

Before joining Juniper, Banic was vice president of Corporate Marketing at Peribit Networks, where he led the company´s corporate communications, product and channel marketing, web and e-marketing, and lead-generation programs. Peribit was acquired by Juniper in July 2005.

Prior to Peribit, Banic was vice president of Marketing at Trapeze Networks, a wireless network infrastructure manufacturer. He also served as director of Product Management at storage networking firm Rhapsody Networks, which was acquired by Brocade Communications in 2002.

Previous to his position at Rhapsody, Banic was product line manager at Extreme Networks, where he managed the introduction and product life cycle for the full line of Summit, Alpine and BlackDiamond switches. Prior to this role, Banic was a product manager for Ethernet switching at 3Com Corporation. He also has held systems engineering positions at Synernetics, Fibercom and Artel Communications. 

Banic holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts.
