where we are allowed to distribute so this one of a new customer for

for Carotek in Georgia.  This team worked closely with Diane Hebler and
HP's SMB organization to close this significant deal. A special thanks
to Diane for her support of Carotek with this opportunity.  This was a
very complicated deal that took many weeks of hard work and 
coordination
to close and was a real team effort to make happen.  The Account 
name is
Intralot, an Athens, Greece based company that opened its US office in
July 2002 in Atlanta with the goal of gaining a foothold in the North
America lottery market.  One year later, Intralot USA, was awarded the
-------- Lottery. Operations for the -------- Lottery will commence on
July 1, 2004.  In early August 2003, the project team of Intralot
contacted Carotek to begin the design phase of the infrastructure to
support the --------- lottery.  Terms of the contract state that
Intralot will provide all hardware, software, equipment and services
related to the Lottery's on-line gaming activities for a term of 7
years.  Krista and Michael,  teamed together with Diane and began the
initial discussions of designing the 7x24 online gaming network. By
December 2003, Intralot had a design concept in place and began 
ordering
equipment.  With the extensive help of Gene Kenny, Senior Technical
Engineer, Carotek designed a Primary Site for Lincoln, --------- and a
backup site for Atlanta, Georgia consisting of CISCO network products
with front-end Proliant servers and backend DS25 Alpha servers with 
EVA
storage and backup solutions.  Intralot will run its LOTOS on-line
gaming computer system with approximately 1,500 of its high-end 
Coronis
terminals throughout the state of ----------.  The DS25 systems will run
HP OpenVMS operating system in a clustered environment along with
Microsoft Advanced Server in a clustered environment at the Primary
site. Because of Carotek's extensive industry knowledge in building
complex on-line systems, Intralot was able to design, order, integrate,
ship and install the entire --------- Lottery with the use of Carotek's
technical resources within 45 days of the equipment being ordered. The
total order from Intralot to Carotek was in excess of $1 million dollars
that included hardware, software, integration services, installation
services and professional services.  Carotek is very pleased and excited
to have been chosen by Intralot as their Technology Partner and we 
look
forward to working closely with them and HP in a successful installation
of the -------- Lottery.  Carotek is very appreciative in the confidence
that Intralot has expressed by choosing Carotek as their Premier
Technology Supplier and we are anxious to create a Premier lottery site
in -------.
