Dear Folks (external distribution lists),

HP has started this program where if an HP employee (Customer Hero)
receives a great letter of commendation from a Customer or Partner 
they
will do an article on the internal HP web site.  There have been two
great VMS stories in the last couple of months, both from the Call
Center.  What is great about this is it has exposure to everyone in HP
without being to pushy and it really helps the person get great
exposure, and it helps the rest of HP find out about our customers.

If you have a great experience and write a letter can you please let me
know, sometimes the manager does not know about this but if I am 
copied
you can bet I will follow up.  If you need someone's managers name I
will find it for you.  And of course, if you need any help just let me
know.
