Dear Distribution lists,

I thought you should know that Terry Shannon has passed away.  As 
you
may or may not know Terry suffered from the horrible sickness of
depression and unfortunately his case was terminal.  He was cremated
yesterday and his ashes will be spread in the mountains of NY in July. 

Charlie Matco is gone and an era is gone.
