Immediate opening - contract-to-hire for a Software Engineer -
Rockville. This position is part of the 60-person software development
team developing Vector, the industrys leading Electronic Toll
Collection product.
This position deals with all aspects of software development and
product support in a 24x7 operating environment. It requires an
individual who is highly skilled in design, development, and
maintenance of complex and very large software applications (over 1
million lines). The environment is fast paced and dynamic, requiring the

WebLogic preferable) can be substituted. Experience in scripting (Perl,
csh, DCL) and using source code control systems is required (Razor
preferred). Analysis and design skills using formal UML/OMT
methodologies, a background in large scale transaction processing and
financial management systems operating 24x7, and experience with
